The Knicks are making a little bit of a buzz for being the only team undefeated with a 5-0 record. I know its just the East and They played Philly twice, but they did get a win over Boston and Miami. This is the best starting record the Knicks have had since the 93-94 season where they went 7-0 and had a Finals appearance. Lets see what they can really do as they play here in town against the Spurs tomorrow night.

After a drug over dose 19 year old Stephanie Bongiovi aka Jon Bon Jovis daughter has been arrested for possession of Heroin. Stephanie Bon Jovie a student at Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., was arrested after heroin, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia was discovered in her dorm room. After police raided it when she overdosed.  She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of marijuana and criminally using drug paraphernalia.  She was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. She was released on appearance tickets and must appear in court at a later date. And yes she is a giant would for me.

Thats a shh load of cash. Papa John's faces a $250milli in a class action lawsuit for blowing up customers phones with illegal text messages. All this happening from back in 2010 the plaintiffs said that the Papa John's franchises sent customers a total of 500,000 unwanted txts. Those texts offered deals on specials for pizza and some customers complained they were getting about 15-16 texts in a row. Also that some of those were sent during the middle of the night. This has to be old people because i know places like that usually have a special number you text to stop the messages.
