Well the moment everyone waited for arrived Thursday night . Confession time for Lance Armstrong  .  While half the country already was convinced about the doping issue, millions tuned in just to discover another tidbit about Lance.  Although the fine folks at Oprah's network OWN, has decided to make this interview a two-part series.....if you watched the first - the second installment perhaps will only confirm that Armstrong is not a great individual.

              The story has become more twisted than some roads in the backwoods of Arkansas. Another name / family member has jumped into the murky waters surrounding Manti Te'o and his alleged "girl friend"  Now it seems an uncle has surfaced and is willing to tell all that will listen his side of the story.  And of course its all out of concern for Manti

Hey, remember Ryan Leaf ?  The former NFL quarterback ?  Well anyway, seems Ryan hasn't learned anything while staying in a drug treatment center in Montana.

Evidently the digs where he was staying were not as confining as he had hoped.  So after Leaf made threats towards treatment staff, everyone was in agreemnet that it was time to move on to bigger and better things for him .  Somehow I don't think Ryan was thinking going to prison was the next option.
